Elgible clients
- Seoul National University members (including retired/graduated, external organization members are not allowed)
Business hours
- Filming studio : M-F 09:00 - 17:00 (8 hours).
- Editing room : M-F 09:00 - 21:00 (12 hours). The GECE building closes at 21:00
- The use of studios may be restricted if the work being produced is in violation of the public interest or is used for commercialization of the college entrance examination.
- Reservation on the day of the use is not accepted. Time-keeping is required strictly. After reservation, if you do not enter the room within 1 hour the reservation will be cancelled.
- In case of reservation cancellation, the client must contact the office in advance. Cancellation without notice or 3 offences of exceeding the prearranged time will result in the client restricted from further studio reservations.
- Careless device handling and equipment damage will result in the client restricted from further studio reservations.
- Other purposes of the use, apart from filming, broadcast etc are forbidden.
- Clients who add new programs to computers intentionally are not allowed. (Including messengers and other similar programs)
- After using the recording facilities, clients must restore to prior conditions. Clean-up is necessary, and any device damage must be compensated.
※ After online approval, clients must go to the Administration Office (Building 38 Room 201), leave the student ID card at the reserved time and receive the equipment and key.
